Privacy Policy

WHAT WE DO

HM Adviseco, LLC, doing business as Nfluence Partners (“Nfluence Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through nfluence.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visit. We use Google Analytics for this purpose — see Section 3 below.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form
  • To send our email newsletter to subscribers who opt in
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and to improve its content and performance
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, which uses cookies to help us understand Site usage. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Because there is currently no accepted industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not respond to them at this time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the information described above with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, distribute our newsletter, or provide analytics services, solely to perform those services on our behalf
  • Our professional advisors (e.g., accountants, attorneys), as needed
  • Government authorities or other third parties where required by law, or to protect our legal rights

  • Newsletter: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email, or by contacting us at the email address below.
  • Cookies: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how some features of the Site function.

6. California Privacy Notice

Although Nfluence Partners does not currently meet the thresholds that trigger obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we voluntarily extend the following to California residents:

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may request that we tell you what personal information we hold about you or delete it, subject to applicable exceptions, by contacting us at the email address below. We will not discriminate against you for making such a request.

7. Data Retention

We retain the information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date reflects the date it was last revised. We will post material changes on the Site.
